America’s Got Talent: All-Stars returned Monday night, as 10 more acts took the stage. During this week’s show, BGT singer Tom Ball earned the group Golden Buzzer from all three judges and host Terry Crews. Meanwhile, the Superfans voted ventriloquist Ana-Maria Mărgean through to the Finals.
Tom Ball Earns AGT: All-Stars Group Golden Buzzer
Tom Ball reached the Finals of Britain’s Got Talent Series 15, but lost to comedian Axel Blake, who also happened to be performing during Monday’s episode of All-Stars. Tonight, Tom performed a stunning rendition of “The Sound of Silence” by Simon & Garfunkel.
The judges gave Tom a standing ovation, with Simon Cowell describing him as “Susan Boyle’s grandson” and calling it “the best performance I’ve seen all series.” He added that he thinks Tom would have won BGT if he had performed that song.
The crowd chanted for Tom to receive the Golden Buzzer, and the judges and host were happy to make it happen. Tom is going straight to the Finals. This isn’t the first time during All-Stars that a former finalist has beaten their season’s winner. Previously, AGT Season 15 runner-up Aidan Bryant beat winner Dustin Tavella in the Superfan vote.

Ventriloquist Ana-Maria Mărgean Earns Superfan Vote
During Monday’s episode, 13-year-old Romania’s Got Talent winner Ana-Maria Mărgean took the stage with her puppet Waldo to perform an incredible ventriloquism act. Together, the pair sang “You Don’t Own Me,” earning a standing ovation from the judges.
The Superfans were impressed with Ana-Maria’s performance. She made it into the Top 3 alongside singers Peter Rosalita and Mandy Harvey. Ultimately, Ana-Maria was chosen to move on to the Finals.
It was a great night for young performers. Peter, who was 11 at the time of the show’s filming, delivered a powerful rendition of “Go the Distance” from Disney’s Hercules, while 16-year-old BGT magician Jasper Cherry took everyone back in time with his card trick.
